Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign Duties and Tasks: Effectively allocate responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise: Manage store finances, including authorizing payments and ordering merchandise.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Client Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions, including sales fluctuations and staff absences.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and efficient work space.
- Reliability: Demonstrate dependability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
