Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
