About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Paid Media Lead to join our team at Laura Canada. As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online paid media campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute paid search, display, and paid social campaigns across all digital platforms to maximize investment and drive business results.
  • Media Operations and Optimization: Manage media operations, including campaign setup, budget changes, optimization, assets, and reporting. Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization to improve media performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the CRM, design, and content marketing teams to develop a cohesive acquisition strategy and align with the brand and marketing calendars.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of paid media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, Criteo, Pinterest, and other digital media platforms.
  • Experience with analytical tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to quickly analyze data and act on it.
  • Retail experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Data-driven with high attention to detail.
