Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for elevating our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
  • Plan and schedule content calendars for multiple social media channels
  • Analyze engagement metrics to optimize our online presence
  • Identify and establish partnerships to increase brand awareness
  • Engage with our online community, including organic, influencer, and media interactions
  • Create diverse content tailored to different platforms and trends
  • Support the marketing team with photo shoots and events
  • Propose and manage influencer and collaboration strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Planoly, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Creative spirit and autonomy
  • Ability to write, film, and photograph high-quality content
  • Curiosity about digital trends and innovations
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid work format (3 days of remote work)
