Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Rental Solutions: Assess and analyze customer requests to provide the most suitable rental solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment orders quickly and accurately, conducting thorough checks and testing to ensure quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products through ongoing training and education, maintaining a high level of expertise.
  • Front Counter Service: Create optimal rental opportunities by offering attachments and other value-added services, following up on quotes and previous customer interactions.
  • Client Communications: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of a recognized college or university photographic or video program.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year working in an industry environment, with a strong background in customer service and rental solutions.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Bilingual English/French is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft suite and comfortable using computerized inventory or other ERP systems.
