Job Title: Software Developer Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our IT team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing Python and Django applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop well-structured, testable code following coding standards
  • Read and understand Java code and translate it to Python and Django applications
  • Participate in code reviews, document design, and identify areas for improvement
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Work with the team to develop software test plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Maintain existing applications via enhancements and production defect support
  • Interact with peers, help desk, and management personnel to resolve issues
Qualifications:
  • Great interpersonal skills and team player
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Development experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Full-stack development experience in Python and Django
  • Experience with GIT
  • Some experience in Agile methodologies and practices
  • Automated end-to-end test experience is highly valued
