Job Description

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient service, responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products, as well as follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Warmly greet patients upon arrival
  
• Check patients in and out of the office efficiently
  
• Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, or in-person
  
• Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments
  
• Administer pre-testing services to ensure seamless patient care
  
• Uphold excellent customer service standards using charisma and problem-solving skills
  

Requirements

We seek an individual with customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment, who possesses confidence in fast-paced situations and solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.

A high level of comfort using technology and computers is essential, along with a professional and approachable demeanor.
