Job Title: Commercial Electrical Sales Representative

At ABB, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Electrical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and financial KPIs as defined by management
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to identify new and existing market participation
  • Provide updates to senior management on recommended courses of action on business opportunities
  • Coordinate activities within the district sales team and management to maximize efficiencies and opportunities
  • Participate in sales presentations, negotiation meetings, and customer visits
  • Provide feedback on market changes and trends that could impact future strategies
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with the electrical industry and historical go-to-market strategies
  • Successful completion of a business degree is an asset
  • Process improvement oriented and demonstrated change agent
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products
