Job Summary:
At Chuck's Roadhouse, we're seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grill and cook steaks, burgers, and ribs to perfection, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and cook raw ingredients, following strict recipes and portioning techniques to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Read tickets and determine what items need to be prepared, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Clean and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and follow recipes, and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
