Key Responsibilities- Grill steaks, burgers, and ribs to perfection, adhering to our strict quality standards.
- Prepare raw ingredients and follow precise recipes to deliver consistent flavors and presentation.
- Use proper portioning techniques and read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including stations, tools, and equipment, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
