We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at M & R ROOFING,SIDING AND RENOVATION LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and be able to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments. The role will involve installing and repairing various types of roofs, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofs using hand and power tools
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
