Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all Biopharma and Provider Solutions contracts in Apttus, ensuring timely filing, updating, and liaison between business and legal teams.
- Support the business in drafting and negotiating contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements.
- Prepare and process RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring seamless contract management.
- Coordinate all contract/document management and administrative activities associated with existing programs, including tracking contractual deliverables and coordinating with internal departments.
- Review draft scope of work/specifications, advising requestors on improvements before submission to legal.
- Manage and review contractual requests submitted through Central Intake, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process and monitor the completion of documents in Docusign, ensuring timely execution and storage.
- Manage Salesforce and Apttus software access, working with developers on system improvements required by the department and business units.
- Process contracts through Apttus from draft submission to full execution, including review and comments of contracts submitted by requestors, submission and review of contracts submitted to legal, finalization and storage of fully executed contracts in Apttus.
- Design, implement, and monitor a contract tracking system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control.
- Manage the life-cycle of contracts, advising stakeholders on contract milestones, such as renewals deadlines.
- Train users on the access and use of the Contract Management Software and Salesforce.
- Assess and manage contractual risks, working closely with legal and other relevant departments to identify potential risks in contracts, propose risk mitigation strategies, and develop and maintain a risk assessment framework for contracts.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Program Management and contract management, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
- Undergraduate degree or Paralegal professional/Law clerk experience preferred.
