Job Title: Cast Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cast Member to join our team at Cineplex Cinemas Lansdowne & VIP. As a Cast Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable entertainment experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the box office, concession stand, and other theater equipment as needed.
  • Assist with theater maintenance and upkeep, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
