About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team at Kralt Greenhouses Ltd. As a key member of our greenhouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Care: Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides, mix and prepare soils, plant bulbs and seeds, pot and re-pot plants, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and apply fertilizers.
  • Reporting: Report signs of insect or disease damage to ensure prompt action is taken to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Assistance: Assist in grafting activities and other tasks as required.
  • General Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement.
Work Environment

Staff accommodation is available, and the work term is permanent. The work language is English, and the hours of work are 45 hours per week.
