**Job Overview**


At Capgemini, we are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Implementation Lead to join our team in the Utilities sector. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.


The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and deep understanding of the Utilities industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in the Utilities sector, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports, covering project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the Utilities sector.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Facilitate change management and end-user training to support the seamless adoption of the SAP S/4HANA solution.


Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing SAP projects, with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Deep understanding of the Utilities industry, including regulatory requirements and business processes.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and presenting project reports, including status updates and financial summaries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
