About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience implementing and configuring procurement business processes in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing with integration capabilities for SAP S/4HANA for Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive SAP Ariba solutions, including sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle performance, buying and invoicing, and spend analysis.
  • Configuring SAP modules such as finance, controlling, asset accounting, funds management, real estate, materials management, and human resources/payroll.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on SAP certification and additional SAP Ariba module implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project management methodologies, such as SAP Activate and/or PMBOK.
Requirements
  • Mandatory qualifications include a university/community college degree in computer science/electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business requirements, statements of work, and test strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in writing test documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and other computer-based systems and databases related to financial analysis.
  • Prior experience working with SAP S/4/HANA and ECC 6 is an asset.
Desirable Skills
  • SAP Ariba certification with additional modules such as sourcing, contracts, spend visibility, and supplier lifecycle performance.
  • Experience designing the SAP Ariba suite of modules, including but not limited to: sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle performance (SLP/SIPM), buying and invoicing (catalogues), and spend analysis.
  • Extensive experience integrating Ariba B&I services PO functionality with SAP S/4HANA for Services.
  • Prior experience implementing and configuring procurement business processes in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing with integration capabilities for SAP S/4HANA for Services.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
