Job Summary:

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and track client progress.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark's OT programs and services.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work with clients with physical, neurological, and mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
