Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment through regular patrols and surveillance
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents promptly
  • Enforce property regulations and city bylaws
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports
Requirements:
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry (an asset)
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
