About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Landscape Worker at Cangro Services Limited. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring they look their best throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and raking and collecting refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed, plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and apply fertilizers to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' properties.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, sod cutters, and tractor mowers.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to keep our clients informed of our work.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care to thrive.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
