Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
  • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Clean and maintain the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
