Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving breakfast in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, including setting tables, replenishing condiments, and portioning food.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards with supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies and ingredients.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the breakfast service.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and equipment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
