Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and their families.
About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

In addition to a competitive salary range of CAD $41.42-$55.91 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including MSP, extended health, and dental coverage, as well as a municipal pension plan. Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an approved nursing program and current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). You should also have completion of a post-basic neonatal program certificate/diploma and two years' recent related experience in a Level 2-3 neonatal unit. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
