About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling Specialist to join our team at JABLONSKY, AST AND PARTNERS, AST AND PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.
  • Documentation: Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Technical Writing: Write technical reports and specifications to support project deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in building information modelling, with a strong understanding of BIM software and processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and MS Office, with experience in image editing software and mail server software.
