BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at Turner Fleischer. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and orchestrating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer BXP (BIM Execution Plan) to ensure seamless integration of BIM methodologies across the project journey.
  • Coordinate 3D models and communicate with subconsultants to guarantee accurate and efficient project delivery.
  • Set up and audit Building Information Models at key milestones to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement automation and training with project teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot project issues and provide expert solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Building Transformations (CANBIM) certification, Level 2 minimum.
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional BIM experience.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Revit.
  • Expertise in model coordination software (Navisworks Manage, ACC – Model Coordination).
  • Common Data Environment software expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360).
