About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Deva Applications Ltd. as a Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources as needed.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use our systems, software, and applications effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions, which will be used by other technical support analysts to improve our services.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet services, ensuring our users have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of networking software, Internet protocols, and desktop applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
