About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at TKL Precast Group. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of skilled tradespersons.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from the site.
  • Site Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, and assist skilled tradespersons as needed.
  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of overtime as required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
  • English language proficiency is required.
