Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at City Furniture & Appliances Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Training: Will train on company procedures and policies.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
