Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at City Furniture & Appliances Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Safely drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Sort and Deliver Packages: Sort packages for delivery and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Record Trip Information: Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered during delivery.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the requirements of the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
