PHD Canada is seeking a skilled E-Billing Supervisor to oversee eCommerce operations for one of their leading CPG clients.

This role will work closely with the Associate Director, eCommerce, to accelerate PHD as the go-to, trusted advisor in the eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign strategies and set ROI goals in collaboration with clients
  • Proactively find, share, and use insights to improve plans and ensure best practices are followed
  • Track implemented programs and run post-campaign analyses to advise future strategies
  • Presents eCommerce strategy & budget recommendations during tactical presentations
  • Provides direct oversight, management, leadership, and guidance to coordinator and/or strategist
  • Ensures billing is completed on time and accurately
Requirements
  • Strong data literacy and keen eye for detail
  • Experience with eCommerce, shopper, and/or eRetail platforms a plus
  • Understanding of Amazon digital shelf and best practices (preferred)
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Fluent in Microsoft office tools including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
