Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at Envision Property Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing of hallways, floors, and stairs. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks, and ensure that all necessary protocols are in place to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and organization.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
