Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' financial situations and recommend tailored solutions
- Assist clients and creditors in navigating bankruptcies and proposals
- Review and prepare files/documents for client signing
- Engage in community outreach, business development, and presentations to promote personal debt solutions
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, insolvency, banking, or credit counseling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
