Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Banking Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at S I Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in our priority Students segment through the acquisition of new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer segments, strategy, and partnership roles, with a strong focus on analysis, negotiation, and deal closure. They should possess excellent commercial awareness, the ability to identify opportunities, and develop compelling value propositions to attract Students customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to lead the development and execution of initiatives that result in accelerated growth of the Students segment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Digital, and Compliance teams, to bring the segment's value proposition to life.

If you have a proven track record of success in partnership development, excellent relationship development skills, and experience working in retail banking, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration with colleges & universities
- Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners
- Identifying and developing compelling partnerships to grow the Students segment portfolio
- Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer segments, strategy, and partnership roles
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills
