Job Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at WINMATE INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC.

About the Role

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for recruiting newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster. They will also develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
