Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at WINMATE INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with a focus on leading our organization and implementing organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
