We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ronald A. Chisholm Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, and preparing and maintaining progress reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including ships, aircraft, and remote operations. You will also be responsible for keeping track of shipments and ensuring that they are delivered on time.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
  • Keep track of shipments

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
