Job Summary

We are seeking a Blaster Helper to join our team. As a Blaster Helper, you will be responsible for loading products into delivery trucks in a reliable and secure manner. Your duties will include ensuring the security of operations, loading and unloading bulk and packaged goods, making local deliveries, and performing product tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security of operations by following corporate policies and health and safety procedures
  • Load and unload bulk and packaged goods according to purchase orders
  • Make local deliveries to customers
  • Perform product tests and record results
  • Complete reports
  • Organize facilities and equipment in anticipation of future operations
  • Identify issues and risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure deliverables and timelines are respected

Working Conditions

  • A combination of working on-site and in the field
  • An average level of stress from maintaining good relations with clients and offering excellent customer service
  • Working outside in various weather conditions
  • Good physical condition
  • Variable work day, with occasional requests to work on statutory holidays

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • DZ or AZ Driver's license
  • Mechanical skills
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
