The Role

We are seeking a Labourer/Blaster Helper to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading products into delivery trucks, ensuring the security of operations, and performing regular equipment inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload bulk and packaged goods according to purchase orders
  • Make local deliveries to customers
  • Receipt of basic merchandise from sites or suppliers
  • Perform product tests and record results
  • Organize facilities and equipment for future operations
  • Identify issues and risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure deliverables and timelines are respected
  • Contribute to the maintenance and integrity of company vehicles and facilities

Working Conditions

This role requires a combination of site and field work, with a variable workday and occasional work on statutory holidays. You will be working outside in various weather conditions and must be in good physical condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • DZ or AZ Driver's license
  • Mechanical skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
