Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Indigenous Engagement and Diversity Sourcing initiatives. As the Head of Indigenous Engagement and Diversity Sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our business practices and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Indigenous engagement and diversity sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations to promote business opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of equity and inclusion within JLL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps in our business practices and supply chain
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support Indigenous engagement and diversity sourcing initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful implementation of Indigenous engagement and diversity sourcing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Indigenous engagement, diversity and inclusion, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Indigenous engagement and diversity sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes
