Job Description

We are seeking experienced Personal Support Workers to join our team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences;
  • Providing emotional support and companionship;
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a diploma or equivalent in Personal Support Work. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
