Right at Home In-Home Health Care currently has an opportunity with guaranteed 28 hours per week, for the Lambton County, particularly in the city of Sarnia. Travel to other areas within the St. Clair/Strathroy regions a plus **You must have a reliable vehicle for this position as you will be visiting multiple clients daily. This role consists of light housekeeping.**

You have:

- A positive attitude and desire to help people
- A reliable vehicle
- must be able to start work immediately
- An Interest with working with vulnerable population on a short-term basis in a crisis situation or over a longer period of time in a chronic situation.
- Willingness to provide domestic support (housekeeping etc) to support a clean and safe environment
- Police Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Updated immunizations.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Current certificate in standard first-aid and CPR
- Ability to travel freely to see clients in home or wherever home is to them within the County of Lambton. Travel to other areas within the Windsor-Chatham region, a plus
- Completion of Offence Declaration (annually)
- Experience working with Ontario Works a plus

**Duties**:

- To provide homemaking services which may include: light and seasonal cleaning, laundry, meal planning/preparations
- visiting multiple clients in one day
- must have a reliable vehicle
