Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate and Order Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Manage Budgets and Schedules: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and establish work schedules to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week
