Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at SUPER INDIA FOOD MARKET INC. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Restock shelves and display areas, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions, including bagging, boxing, and loading purchases
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Operate electric palette jack and other equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
  • Work collaboratively with the inventory team to achieve stockroom goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
