Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is a key member of the Dover Corporation team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Service Warehouse. This role involves shipping and receiving, picking, and ordering parts, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
    • Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods
    • Process orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
    • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands
    • Assist in the development of inventory management systems
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized fashion
    • Properly stock and manage inventory
    • Assist in the training of new warehouse staff
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints
    • Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
    • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Ability to work in a team environment
