Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for verifying and ensuring the quality of documents delivered to clients, primarily circulars or related products. As the key person in this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of requests and client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure that requested corrections are completed;
- Validate the quality of deliverables;
- Understand and ensure consistency between client needs and requests;
- Compare proofs to detect anomalies;
- Act as a resource person for production employees to understand client-requested corrections;
- Ensure the graphic quality of projects;
- Document non-conformities by completing reports within prescribed deadlines;
- Coordinate project execution while respecting production deadlines on various platforms;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic arts or a related field;
- Organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to react quickly to unexpected situations;
- Good graphic eye, attention to detail, and open-mindedness;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft Office environments;
