We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and App & Web tracking, with a strong focus on leveraging data to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance user experiences.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute advanced analytics strategies to measure website and app performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement robust GTM setups, including Server-Side Tagging for improved data quality and privacy compliance.
  • Create and manage data layers, triggers, and tags to efficiently track website and app interactions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration.
  • Implement and optimize tracking for both web and mobile app environments.
  • Track user behavior, conversions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various platforms.
  • Creation of measurement frameworks outlining pathing and key performance events across app and web analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution to optimize ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations.
Data Governance and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Implementation and integration of Google Consent Mode with consent management platforms.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and App & Web tracking. They will possess a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights, as well as a strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
