We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at Gallucci Winery Inc. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare the vineyard for planting and harvesting
  • Maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform soil fertility programs and weaning tasks
  • Assist with harvesting and crop maintenance
  • Ensure the vineyard is free of weeds and debris
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a rural area with varying weather conditions
  • Stand for extended periods and perform manual labor
  • Use hand tools and operate farm machinery
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines
