Registered Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team at St.Amant. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing services to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, with a focus on health promotion, restoration, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients using a variety of resources and focusing on biological, emotional, socio-cultural, spiritual, and quality of life factors.
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare team members, including the resident and their family, as possible.
- Provide direct nursing care to an assigned group of clients, including health information, technical skills, and delegation of care.
- Communicate healthcare concerns to physicians and coordinate residents to be seen at regularly scheduled medical rounds.
- Work with all members of the healthcare team to implement individual resident care plans.
- Graduate of an approved RN or RPN educational program (Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing).
- Holds current active practicing membership with the CRNM or CRPNM.
- Responsible to maintain competency in CPR/Code Blue and complex respiratory care service positions require a minimum 2 years prior acute care experience.
- Ability to make effective use of computer technology necessary for effective care planning, documentation, and communication.
