About the Role
The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pivallianiq Agent to join our Client Services team. As a Pivallianiq Agent, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to tenants, promoting healthy habits, and upholding the organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.
- Uphold the organization's mission, goals, and values, and work collaboratively with the team.
- Provide support in all activities related to the administration of Client Services with the tenants of the Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau.
Requirements
- Secondary V diploma or relevant experience in replacement of diploma.
- Two (2) years of experience ideally related to Client Services department or activities.
- Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French, or English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for training or meetings.

- Capacity to organize and prioritize to respect deadlines.
What We Offer
The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau offers a competitive salary, northern benefits, and interesting working conditions. The starting salary is $25.91, and could be more based on the evaluation of experiences related.
