About the Role

The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pivallianiq Agent to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to tenants and upholding the organization's mission, goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units in good condition and promoting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.
  • Work closely with the Pivallianiq Program Manager to ensure seamless delivery of Client Services.
  • Provide administrative support in all activities related to Client Services, as needed.

Requirements

  • Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in Client Services or a related field.
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French, or English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a high concern for confidentiality.
  • Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
