Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
